This policy explains what information ketostyles.com ("we", "us") collects, why, and what choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe, we store the email address you give us, and optionally a name and your language/topic preference, plus the dates you confirmed or unsubscribed. We use double opt-in: you must confirm via a link before we send anything.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our web server and hosting provider record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to operate and secure the site.
- Essential cookie. We use a single necessary session cookie for security and to make forms work. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. See our Cookie policy.
We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Why we use it
We use your email solely to send the newsletter you requested. We use technical/log data to keep the site running, secure, and free of abuse. Our legal basis is your consent (newsletter) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (logs).
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site — our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) and, when email sending is enabled, an email delivery provider. They process data on our behalf.
Your choices and rights
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
- You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

Retention
We keep subscriber information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for operation and security, then rotated out.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
International visitors
The site is available worldwide and is hosted in the United States, so your data may be processed there. By using the site you understand this.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
